Postage rates shown are estimates only, and include Direct Path trucking to the local post office. You will pay the actual cost incurred based on the final quantity and geographic distribution. Any USPS Rate increases will be passed through dollar for dollar immediately upon implementation.
Saturated postage is based on a walk-sequence resident list going to all addresses within a geographic area. This is the least expensive postal rate because it targets solely by geography. It works well for businesses that depend on customers from surrounding neighborhoods.
Targeted postage is based on use of a purchased consumer list or in-house list, using a standard bulk mail rate. It may be less expensive to do a targeted mailing, even though the postage is higher, because you may mail less pieces.
First Class postage is based on presort automatomation 1st Class rate.
