“We’re really excited about our Smart Mail program!  With Smart Mail we’ve found a new source of revenue.  In three month’s time we exceeded the initial budget that was set for the first year. We now hope to expand the department and have a dedicated sales person to sell this program, along with our other sales reps.  
 
Not only are we working with our regular advertisers that do direct mail, but it’s opened up new doors for us with non-profits and other retailers that didn’t do much, if any, business with our paper before.
 
Since our reps are out in the market making the calls anyway, our only additional cost is for our graphic artists to create the artwork, so the startup and ongoing costs are almost non-existent.  Thanks for bringing us this program.  Not only do you make it easy, but it’s great working with everyone at PMC. “
