Indicia – a preprinted marking on each piece of bulk mail showing that postage has been paid for by the sender.

Permit Number
Regardless of whether your advertiser has their own permit number, if they are mailing outside of Houston, we will have to use a local permit number from our mail house. That’s because the paperwork and verification process is handled here in Houston.

Formats
There is a lot of latitude in terms of its appearance as long as all the information is all there. Please note that the size must be larger than ½” square. If there are any questions regarding the appearance of your advertiser’s indicia, please double check with your post office, or we can check for you as long as we receive a copy prior to the production deadline.
